Embedded Signup (Recommended)
Embedded Signup lets you connect your WhatsApp Business Account to Whoxa CRM in minutes — without manually copying credentials. Meta guides you through the entire process inside a secure popup.
When to Use This
Use Embedded Signup if:
- You are setting up WhatsApp for the first time.
- You want the fastest path to a working connection.
- You prefer not to deal with Phone Number IDs, tokens, and webhook fields manually.
Steps
1. Open the Connect WhatsApp Page
During first-time onboarding, Whoxa CRM automatically shows the Connect WhatsApp step at the end of the business setup wizard.
You can also reach it later via:
Settings → Integrations → Connect WhatsApp
2. Click "Connect WhatsApp"
Click the Connect WhatsApp button. A Meta popup window opens.
Make sure your browser allows popups from the CRM domain.
3. Log In to Meta
Inside the popup:
- Log in with the Facebook account that owns (or has admin access to) your Meta Business Manager.
- Review and accept the requested permissions.
4. Select or Create Your Business
- Choose your Business Manager from the list (or create one if you don't have one yet).
- Select or create a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).
- Add and verify your phone number — Meta will send an OTP via SMS or voice call.
5. Complete & Return to CRM
After you finish inside the Meta popup, it closes automatically. Whoxa CRM receives your account details securely and:
- Creates your WhatsApp connection.
- Subscribes to the webhook automatically.
- Redirects you to the Chat dashboard.
A success message confirms the connection is active.
What Happens Behind the Scenes
Whoxa CRM exchanges the authorization code from Meta for an access token, resolves your WABA ID and phone number, and registers the webhook — all automatically. No manual credential entry needed.
Tip: If the popup closes without completing setup, click Connect WhatsApp again to restart the flow.
